All freight items have a fixed rate based on which zone it is being shipped to. All freight items are shipped from southern California. See zones below...

 

Shipping charges automatically generate based on the current UPS rate at time of purchase.

Anywhere outside the continental US, please contact us for delivery options. Shipping rates will also vary for orders places outside the continental US.

You will be notified if there are any delays of shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been received. Please keep in mind; if you order multiple items, they may not be shipped together due to availability and size.

Please note there will be an additional handling fee of $5 per item shipped from our warehouse.  There may also be additional surcharges for oversized items.  Both of these charges (handling and surcharge) will automatically calculate in the Packaging/Handling fee when an order is placed. 

 

How are your products delivered?

One to three days prior to delivery, you will receive a phone call from the freight company to arrange a delivery day/time. They will delivery your package to your front doorstep ONLY. They will not take it up any stairs. However, for an extra charge, you can request either in-home delivery or white glove service. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED YOU WANT ADDITIONAL SERVICE AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER.

 

UPS will deliver your package on your front doorstep. No signature or being present is necessary. Please specify if you have any special instructions on how you want your package delivered at the time of your order.
